Located just 50 metres from the owners’ villa, this apartment block offers three families unparalleled privacy. Each apartment has a separate entrance and separate enclosed garden. The property is self-contained and has private parking. Apartment Giorgia can be seen at the top right in the villa. It is accessed by the centre steps. It accommodates up to 4 people including children (two in the double bedroom, and two on a double sofa bed in the dining kitchen/lounge). The apartment has international satellite TV. Kitchen appliances include fridge, freezer, electric oven and microwave and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower and bidet. Apartment giorgia has a superb terrace where you can begin the day with breakfast or end the day with a glass of wine while watching the sun set. It has a 3,5×3,5 m gazebo with a table and four chairs ideal for lunches and dinners. The garden also has its own barbeque. There are also two sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun or simply relax. This apartment is equipped with air conditioning system.

Payment:
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% at time of booking (bank transfer /paypal)
- The total is payable either at the time of arrival in cash or by bank transfer 2 weeks before
- A Security Deposit of 200,00 Euro will be charged on arrivall. This will be refunded at time of departure
- Tourist tax not included (to be paid locally in cash)

- Check-in times are normally between 03.00 a.m. and 07.00 p.m. . If you need to arrange a different time please ask .
