Located just 50 meters from the main villa this building offers 3 tenants an unparalleled privacy. This apartment has a separate entrance and private garden. The property is fenced and has private covered parking to protect  your car  from the sun. This is directly outside the entrance  to your apartment. The road is wide and suitable for large cars.

The whole area around and the villa Lazzarini is a safe place for  children to be able to play  freely. Inside the walled gardens there are areas where your kids can play together in maximum security.

Apartment Giulia is in the top left corner. It houses a maximum 4 people included children, has two bedrooms room with a kitchenette and a living room in which is located  an elegant sofa bed.  The apartment is also fitted with a fridge and freezer, electric oven, microwave and washing machine.

In the bedrooms and in the living room there’s a airconditioning system.

The windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

This apartment has a terrace where you can have breakfast . It has a  private garden with  a gazebo 3,5×3,5 and table and chairs ideal for lunches and dinners and also  its own barbeque.
There are two sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun or simply relax.

Area is free wifi

Use of the swimming pool is free for our guests and they can enjoy this service from 09.00 to 19.00.

It’s possible use swimming pool also in sping and autumn thanks to the winter cover.

Prices includes :

• Accommodation for 4 pople including children
• CHILDREN UNDER 24 MONTHS ARE NOT ADMITTED. PET ARE NOT ADMITTED
• Water, Gas
• Final Ordinary Cleaning
• Private Parking for one car
• Air conditioning available (please see extra cost for energy on the next sections)

Extra Services (not included) :

• Energy will be added at 0,60 euro per kw/h
• Towels and bed linens 20,00 euro for each double
• Parking for additional car  – 10,00 Euro for week

Payment:

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% at time of booking (bank transfer /paypal)
• The total is payable either at the time of arrival in cash or by bank transfer 2 weeks before
• A Security Deposit of 200,00 Euro will be  charged on arrivall. This will be refunded at time of departure if there aren’t damages.
• Tourist tax not included (to be paid locally in cash)

Check-in/Check-out :

• Check-in times are normally between 04.00 p.m. and 07.00 p.m. . If you need to arrange a different time please ask .
• Check-out within 09.30 a.m.
