Located just 50 metres from the owners’ villa, this apartment block offers three families unparalleled privacy.  Each apartment has a separate entrance , separate enclosed garden and shared swimming pool.  The property is self-contained and has private parking.

Apartment Giorgia can be seen at the top right in the villa.  It is accessed by the centre steps.  It accommodates up to 4 people including children (two in the double bedroom, and two on a double sofa bed in the dining kitchen/lounge).   

Kitchen appliances include fridge, freezer, electric oven and microwave and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower and bidet.

Apartment Giorgia has a superb terrace where you can begin the day with breakfast or end the day with a glass of wine while watching the sun set.  It has a 3,5×3,5 m gazebo with a table and four chairs ideal for lunches and dinners.  The garden also has its own barbeque. There are also two sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun or simply relax. This apartment is equipped with air conditioning system.

The windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

Free wifi area

Use of the swimming pool is free for our guests and they can enjoy this service from 09.00 to 19.00. It’s possible use swimming pool also in spring and autumn thanks to the winter cover.

Prices includes :

• Accommodation for max 4 pople including children
• CHILDREN UNDER 24 MONTHS ARE NOT ADMITTED. PET ARE NOT ADMITTED
• Water, Gas
• Final Ordinary Cleaning
• Private Parking for one car
• Air conditioning available (please see extra cost for energy on the next sections)

Extra Services (not included) :

• Energy will be added at 0,60 euro per kw/h
• Towels and bed linens 20,00 euro for each double
• Parking for additional car  – 10,00 Euro for per week or less.

Payment:

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% at time of booking (bank transfer /paypal)
• The total is payable either at the time of arrival in cash or by bank transfer 2 weeks before
• A Security Deposit of 200,00 Euro will be  charged on arrivall. This will be refunded at time of departure if there aren’t damages.
• Tourist tax not included (to be paid locally in cash)

Check-in/Check-out :

• Check-in times are normally between 04.00 p.m. and 07.00 p.m. If you need to arrange a different time please ask .
• Check-out within 09.30 a.m.
