Located under owners’ villa, this apartment offers incomparable privacy.
This apartmentis is self-contained with a separate entrance , garden  and private covered parking to protect your car from the sun.

The road is wide and suitable for large cars.

The whole area around Villa Lazzarini is a safe place for children to be able to play freely. 

Inside :

It accommodates up to 4 people including children (two in the first double bedroom, two in the second double bedroom and one on a double sofa bed in the living room).  Kitchen appliances include fridge, freezer, electric oven , microwave and washing machine. The bathroom has a bath with shower and bidet.

The windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

In the bedrooms and in the lounge you will find fans that will refresh your summer days.

Outside :

In the garden there is a 3x3m gazebo with a table and chairs – ideal for lunches and dinners.  The garden also has its own stone  barbeque.
There are two sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun or simply relax.
The apartment is very fresh and cool ,
It is equipped with fans for people who likes more fresh.

Free wifi Area

Use of the swimming pool is free for our guests and they can enjoy this service from 09.00 to 19.00. It’s possible use swimming pool also in spring and autumn thanks to the winter cover.

Prices includes :

• Accommodation for max 4 pople including children
• CHILDREN UNDER 24 MONTHS ARE NOT ADMITTED. PET ARE NOT ADMITTED
• Water, Gas
• Final Ordinary Cleaning
• Private Parking for one car

Extra Services (not included) :

• Energy will be added at 0,60 euro per kw/h
• Towels and bed linens 20,00 euro for each double
• Parking for additional car  – 10,00 Euro for per week or less.

Payment:

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% at time of booking (bank transfer /paypal)
• The total is payable either at the time of arrival in cash or by bank transfer 2 weeks before
• A Security Deposit of 200,00 Euro will be  charged on arrivall. This will be refunded at time of departure if there aren’t no damages.
• Tourist tax not included (to be paid locally in cash)

Check-in/Check-out :

• Check-in times are normally between 04.00 p.m. and 07.00 p.m. . If you need to arrange a different time please ask before booking .
• Check-out within 09.30 a.m.
