Located just 50 metres from the owners’ villa, this apartment block offers three families unparalleled privacy. Each apartment has a separate entrance and separate garden. The property is self-contained and has private parking.
Apartment Rosella is in the bottom right of villa Lazzarini and has privat parking . This is directly outside the entrance of your apartment.
The road is wide and suitable for large cars.
The whole area around Villa Lazzarini is a safe place for children to be able to play freely. Inside the walled gardens there are areas where your kids can play together again in maximum security.
It accommodates up to 4+2 people (two in the double bedroom, two in a bedroom with bunk beds, and a further one on a double sofa bed in the living room ). Kitchen appliances include fridge, freezer, electric oven and microwave at washing machine. The bathroom has a shower and bidet.
Apartment Rosella has a large living room with patio doors outside which there is a 3,5×3,5 mt gazebo with a table and chairs – ideal for al fresco eating. There are also two sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun or simply relax. The garden also has its own barbeque.
Air conditioning is is available in the apartment .
The windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
Free Wifi Area
Use of the swimming pool is free for our guests and they can enjoy this service from 09.00 to 19.00.
It’s possible use swimming pool also in spring and autumn thanks to the winter cover.

Extra Services (not included) :
- Energy will be added at 0,60 euro per kw/h
- Towels and bed linens 20,00 euro for each double and 10,00 for single bed (free if you take yours)
- Parking for additional car – 10,00 Euro for one week or less.
Payment:
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% at time of booking (bank transfer /paypal)
- The total is payable either at the time of arrival in cash or by bank transfer 2 weeks before
- A Security Deposit of 200,00 Euro will be charged on arrivall. This will be refunded at time of departure if there aren’t no damages
- Tourist tax not included (to be paid locally in cash)
Check-in/Check-out :
- Check-in times are normally between 04.00 p.m. and 07.00 p.m. . If you need to arrange a different time please ask .
- Check-out within 09.30 a.m.
