The land where Villa Lazzarini Holidays House now stands belonged to my great-grandfather but there was not possibile to build anithing there .
In the year 2000, the law was changed and it was possible for me to build the first of our two villas . Finally, my dream had come true.
Villa Lazzarini is in Imperia Oneglia, on the hill of Cape Berta and crossed by the famous Milan San Remo cycling route . It is one of the most peaceful and exclusive areas in Imperia.
The houses is located in a very privileged position , from which you can enjoy spectacular view of the city of Imperia and the last summit of the “Alps”. Only 1.6 km from the town of Oneglia and beaches.
From here you can see the famous and beautifull Villa Grock ( in the picture above), former home of Grock, (Adrien Wettach “The King of Clowns”), who came to Oneglia in the 1920s, and immediately fell in love with the city.
He bought some land and built this villa, naming it “Villa Bianca” after his stepdaughter. Following his death it was renamed “Villa Grock” and is now a Museum.
How go to Imperia
By plane:
The nearest airports are in Nice (Cotè d’Azur) 100 km and Genoa (Christopher Columbus) 110 km. Both can be reached by train or car rentals. Please email before you arrive as we may be able to collect you at the airport in our car (max 4 people + myself).
By Car :
Along the A10 motorway exit Imperia East. The best way to reach the house is detailed in a file in pdf format that we will send you at the time of booking. If your car is equipped with satellite navigator the destination is “Via Diano Calderina No. 238 (there are 2 No. 238, we are the second, you will see a main gate in the street ).

By train :
The city of Imperia has one railway station : Imperia . Railway Station is about 3 km from the Villa. For got villa lazzarini you need a taxi or a bus . Taxi are in front the railway station or in piazza dante . Bus are in front the station but you need to change another for got to the villa.
